Moore's form

This is one piece of sculpture that you would see in the Art Institute of Chicago's north wing of the sculpture garden. It's a piece by Henry Moore entitled Large Interior Form. It was a gift from the artist to the institute. I'd certainly accept a present like this - although I'm not sure what the neighbors would think! Photo taken in August 2012.

  1. I'm not sure what I think. I like the lines and it is attractive but I have no idea if it is supposed to symbolize something or someone. Maybe it's a woman holding an Easter hat over her head?

  3. This sculpture is nice, but what I really love is the view behind it:)
